Gaynor is a radio presenter, magazine columnist and daughter of Manchester United football legend Willie Morgan. From 2000 to 2006, Gaynor was the events director of Entertainment Today, a company she set up to help raise money for charity. Gaynor has been a huge supporter of Beechwood since the loss of her mother to cancer in 2004.
Warren is the Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester. He has been an active member of the Greater Manchester community for many years and has a long and varied background in volunteering and charitable work.
Sally is a local actress best known for her role as Sally Metcalfe on Coronation Street. Sally’s been a supporter of Beechwood for many years and became a patron after Beechwood supported her good friend and former patron, Morag Siller.
Shay is a former goalkeeper who has played for Celtic, Newcastle United and Aston Villa, amongst others. He is currently the first team coach for Derby County. Shay has been a supporter of Beechwood since 2010 and officially opened Beechwood’s Family Centre in 2012.
Mike is a radio and TV presenter. He has been actively supporting Beechwood since we were chosen for Cash for Kids Superhero Day several years ago. Mike can often be seen hosting some of our fundraising events, particularly our Ladies Lunch.
Lee and Jenny Boardman
Lee and Jenny are successful actors with more than 20 years’ experience in theatre, TV and film. They became Beechwood patrons shortly after Beechwood supported Lee’s sister.
